Fairy tales for kids help the imagination of a child to spark to a great extent. The characters usually revolve around imaginary beings and places so that the kid’s creativity gets enhanced a step further.
One day as my kid was watching the fairy stories on TV she had lots of queries about
Amma, where does the fairy come from?
Do they grant me any wish?
Amma, will the fairy give me new toys?
So when I thought to pick a fairy tale from a store and started reading it, the interest she showed is great. It drove me to search for many more fascinating fairy tales.
In my opinion, fairy tales are not only for kids, but many adults still love reading and listening to them.
Fairy tales can boost cognition, imagination, and creativity in children.
Reading fairy tales to a kid, not only enlightens the literacy part, but it helps to know more about cross-cultural values and behaviors.
There are fairy tales books on the market with pictures that give nightmares, picking the storybooks with dauntless images can prevent them from getting nightmares.
Though filled with imaginary characters, they seem to be more intriguing, which inspires the readers to read further without getting bored.

A long time ago, a baby girl was born who was taken by a witch to the tower she lives. As she grows up, she meets new people. Unfortunately, the bad witch came to know and became furious. Because of that, she faces many difficulties, and how she overcomes them and meets her parents is the second half of the story.
Hansel and Gretel
There lived a lovable brother and sister and were left abandoned by stepmother in the forest. Trusting the stranger, kids share all things that happened in their lives. And as a consequence, the kids face lots of trouble, and finally how the kids found their way back home is the remaining part of the story.
Bambi
The story is about beautiful deer who was born named Bambi. When Bambi was left alone, the story talks about how boldly Bambi faced other animals and how it learned to live. Because of the great gesture, he also became a leader.
Snow white
Once upon a time there lived a beautiful girl as white as snow. And the queen who was proud of her beauty caused trouble to snow white. As she was left in the forest, but still the queen was not able to live happily until she found her dead. How snow-white overcame the queen’s spell and lived happily is the next part of the story.
The Little Mermaid
The little mermaid story is about a mermaid who was eager to know about the human world. Finally turns herself into a human, what are the troubles she faces in the human world, and how she overcomes and lives happily is the remaining story.
Pinocchio
Pinocchio is a story that portrays the love between father and son. Being naughty, the little boy faces a lot of problems. Finally realizes his mistake and turns a new leaf into his life.
Puss in Boots
It is a beautiful story about a cat and a young man. Because of the smartness and timely action of the cat, a poor young man becomes the prince. It is an inspiring story for kids that talks about why prompt action is essential in situations.
Sleeping Beauty
A great story that narrates how a lovely child faces hurdles because of one evil person. The waiting made the beautiful girl conquer the world. The patience that story teaches is the necessary takeaway for life in this busy world.
